He explains what he is doing, is compassionate with me not knowing, gives understandable instructions on what he wants me to do to assist him with resolving the computer issue. He is flexible, great offside behaviour which relieves my anxiety and impatience; i.e. using humour on what he is doing, letting me know I do not have to worry, and suggesting I calm myself down as he will get the problem resolved. I trust him with my requests and I have confidence in his work.”
